The Most Important Museums of Budapest
- Aquincum Museum and Ruins: one of the largest archaeological museums in Hungary, it looks back on a past of more than 1100 years.
- Hungarian National Gallery: a real treat for art lovers, the Hungarian National Gallery houses a comprehensive collection of Hungarian works ranging from painting and sculpture in the 10th century, right through to the present day.
