Online nomination by the home institution

  • is obligatory,
  • takes place at the MOBility Manager Program of the Corvinus University (partners receive the website and instructions by e-mail),
  • is open
    ■ to nominate fall semester and whole academic year candidates: in April, deadline: April 30,
    ■ to nominate spring semester candidates: in October, deadline: October 31,
  • Exception: State scholars are not necessarily nominated online by their home university but they must be nominated officially by the Scholarship Board concerned.

Online student registration

  • is obligatory for all exchange students,
  • takes place at the MOBility Manager Program of the Corvinus University (See Student Registration),
  • can be accessed by using the login data that are sent to the students by e-mail as part of the nomination (see above),
  • is open*
    ■ for fall semester registration: in April,
for spring semester registration: in October,
*the exact dates will be sent to the partners and to the nominated students,
  • is made up of two parts:
    Application Form (in MOB system):
        - Personal data and certain other details should be provided here.
Course Registration (in Neptun system, available directly from the student personal side in MOB):

  • Select at least one course.
  • You may take up to 30 ECTS credits’ workload.
  • It is strongly recommended to arrange (approve) more than 30 ECTS credits' workload (alternative courses above the maximum of the average = 30 ECTS credit requirement) with your home institution in advance, just in case there are course cancellations or course overlaps and so you need to drop any of your taken courses.
  • IMPORTANT!!! Please note that all the courses must be taken form your administrative faculty (see the Application Form) based on your field of study, and max. one course from another faculty, otherwise your course selection will be rejected.
  • BAchelor students can choose only BA/BSc courses. Master students can choose BA/BSc and MA/MSc courses as well.
  • There are courses that cannot be selected by all the exchange students or that have prerequisites. You may read about this at the Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) and in the description of the courses in MOB (Menu: 'Courses').
  • Please note that the Faculties cannot take responsibility for possible timetable overlaps.
  • Please note that the Faculties reserve the right not to launch courses indicated in the course list.
  • Class attendance is mandatory in case of all courses. If a student is absent from a class (without prior permission from the course instructor) for more than 25% of the classes, the professor has the right to give the student an 'F' (Fail) or an 'I' (Incomplete) grade.
  • Due to above regulations, two (or more) courses cannot be taken in Neptun for the same time. Anyway, the Faculty Coordinators will delete the overlapping courses from your course list.
  • Double check your course registration.
